Oh, but Mandy -- the anti-gays have given us the unique ability to hide discriminatory language behind code-wording; a historical wrong for the lead character of the 2036 remake to Forrest Gump to unwittingly help society overcome; and the oh-so-clever phrase, "It's Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve." So we shouldn't act like we gays have made ALL the pop culture contributions! After all, we don't want to sound like ungrateful liberal elitists who can't recognize the considerable roadblocks that our opposition has needlessly strewn along the path towards peace.
