Green envy into green money: Jealous MA anti-gays look to CA for cash
According to Bay Windows, Massachusetts' Coalition For Marriage group will hold an 18-dollar-a-head fundraising dinner on January 10, at which the theme will be celebrating the "success" of California's Proposition 8:
"The passage of Prop 8 in California was a crucial win for family values - one worth celebrating - even as our opponents violently take to the streets in protest of its passage," wrote the Coalition in an e-mail to its supporters, referring to the anti-Prop 8 protests across the country, which have largely been peaceful.

Some groups use their fight to cure a certain disease or eliminate world hunger as ways of raising cash, while others use a completely other state's decision to tyrannically roll back the rights for a valid minority group. Different philanthropic strokes for differently enlightened folks.
The Mass. soiree will be held at Quincy’s Skyline Restaurant, 12- 2:30 p.m. The last laugh will be held at every single gay person's home, Not too distant future- End of time. Pick the one for which you (and your future reputation) would most like to RSVP.
Your thoughts
Oh they do deserve to have their circle jerk. I think it was named after them.

They're holding their 'dinner' at noon, on the same day as the 1:30 p.m. DoMA protest? Is the restaurant near City Hall? Perhaps the anti-gays are planning a counter-demonstration for dessert!
