We're not sure if it's anything or not, but passionate reader Dick Mills has just pointed out that the CA Supreme Court today consolidated the cases in the Prop 8 legal challenge:
Docket (Register of Actions) [CA Supreme Court]
This just might mean that a ruling is imminent. If true, here's hoping that this [CON-SOLID-8-SHUN] will precede a solid shun of the con that is 8.
Your thoughts
The CA Supremes usually release determinations on Thursdays. Who knows... tomorrow there may be news.
