Song of Solomon: MA marriage champ to change CA's tune

After successfully leading the effort to preserve marriage equality in Massachusetts and overseeing his organization’s transition from a single-issue political campaign into a broad-based LGBT political organization, MassEquality executive director Marc Solomon is leaving to head up Equality California’s (EQCA) effort to restore marriage equality in that state.

Then if he's successful in CA, the next step is to fly Marc over the rest of the country in a hot air balloon so that he can sprinkle his magic marry dust atop the red and purple states as well. But let's not count our lil' unhatched gay chickens just yet. For now, we'll just hope that the east coast expatriate will successfully convince Californians that one really can live amongst marriage equality for five years and survive it all.
