Enjoying sweet labor-fruits
Some days are for advocating. Other days are for celebrating.
Your humble scribe and his beloved just left a CT town hall, marriage license in hand. It feels really, really great.
There's no stopping this peace train. Not mine, not yours -- not anyone's!
*UPDATE: For those who have asked: The actual wedding day is 6/13.
Your thoughts
About damn time, too! Congrats on this step in the process, and may your wedding go as smoothly.

All the best for you two! So happy for you, you deserve it, after all you went through to get it, your hard work on this site and your patience with all the opposing forces!
You go, Jeremy!!! ;*

Congratulations Jeremy! Wishing you and your husband all the best life has to offer. I hope you'll post pictures. Throwing rice at you both all the way from Atlanta:)

Congratulations! Please post pics or video as you feel appropriate. Some of us without partners would love to participate vicariously.
Also, you were so busy getting hitched that you missed today's big story. Gov. Lynch will sign the marriage law if the NH legislature grants a modest change concerning religious exemptions. So add one more state to the list, Ms. Gallagher.

So that's where you been today! Fun day! Congratulations...
AND to Gov. Lynch too, who is an adult who can think for himself and be a leader for his state:""My personal views on the subject of marriage have been shaped by my own experience, tradition and upbringing. But as Governor of New Hampshire, I recognize that I have a responsibility to consider this issue through a broader lens."
....unlike OBAMA...who has been congratualted by SARAH PALIN for thinking straight about marriage equality, like she and Carrie P. do.
(Sorry, had to inject) .... go have fun.

Jeremy, Congratulations!!! My husband and I had to stand in line at the West Hollywood City Hall for over three hours last August to get our license. I had to keep distracting him so he wouldn't get bored and frustrated. It was so worth it.
I hope you have a beautiful wedding and a wonderful honeymoon! Yes, Pix Please!
