The sanctity of misplacing your top
Ruh Roh:
Topless Photos Of Miss California Carrie Prejean Hit The Internet [Insider]
Prejean is telling the press that the photos were released by people who don't agree with her anti-gay stance. As for her bra clasp? Well that was most likely released by a young person's uninhibited desire to get attention at any cost.
*UPDATE: There are apparently around six photos in total, with the others said to be much more revealing than the one at link.

Your thoughts
She really seems to be a very messed up young lady. Her answer at the pageant was a little weird. It made one wonder about her intelligence. Now it seems that she is easily manipulated. First by the photographer of those pics and second by the anti-gay marriage morons. It's almost like she can't understand that those pics couldn't have been released if she hadn't posed for them. She really needs a keeper.

I was wondering when something like this would happen.

Damn. And Maggie had just announced the formation of a new group, Traditionalists Organized to Prevent Legal Equity for Same Sex Couples.

Somehow, I don't think this is going to help the cause.
At all.

Carrie will be forgiven; the photographer and others will be demonized for preying on such a young thing and coercing her into taking off her top; and she will continue to be the darling of the far right for at least another 10 minutes. Just long enough for her to sell some orange juice, take a pie in the face, and headline a show in Branson.

I'm guessing today's press release from NOM confirms that Carrie is not going to try to deny the photos. Maggie is casting her as the victim of "personal attacks"
Maggie adds this: "On a personal note, as a former unwed mother, I want to say to Americans: you don’t have to be a perfect person to have the right to stand up for marriage."
They are a very forgiving group, apparently. You can even divorce your wife and marry your affair partner and still "stand up for marriage."
