IFI: SPLC deems their noise less Ill
Because of the organization's begrudging willingness to remove an old article that cited discredited researcher Paul Cameron, the Southern Poverty Law Center has agreed to pull the Illinois Family Institute from its list of anti-gay hate groups:

So pop open the champagne, IFI: Just be careful not to hit a gay person in the face with the cork. We imagine the ice that SPLC has placed underneath you is still a bit thin.
Your thoughts
Didn't the IFI make that incredibly insulting video about the Day of Silence? I think that that alone warrants a place on the hate groups list.

How much will you bet that they will be back on the list within a year? Maybe we can do a pool and sell the next 52 weeks, winner takes all...
