Q. You know what two buildings are not the same things?
A. A one-family home and a Mormon temple.

A. Kissing.
Q. You know who, judging by the following clumsy setup, doesn't seem to recognize the difference between targeting specific families in a disrespectful protest and peacefully demonstrating against an unjust arrest?

Imagine this nightmare scenario: four days ago, your family received a letter out of the blue from a homosexual activist organization notifying you, in “respectful” language, that your family is the target of a protest. Upset that you sent money to support Proposition 8 in California — reinstating marriage as between a man and a woman — the “gay” group informs you that about ten homosexual couples will show up on the sidewalk in front of your house on July 22nd (today) at 5:00 PM and engage in prolonged same-sex kissing with each other.
Wielding their public deviance as a political tool, the militant “gay” protesters call their event a “kiss-in” — knowing that you regard their homosexual behavior as unnatural and immoral, that it makes you extremely uncomfortable, and that it will embarrass you in front of your neighbors (and the media, whom they called in). Nevertheless, they assure you that they “respect” you and your religion and that they are happy to engage in “dialogue” with you in between their lip-locking acts of homoerotic defiance.

Oh, Pete. "Militant" is using personal faith views to roll back your neighbor's civil equality. "Targeting families" is telling gay-headed families and their supporters that they are less worthy than civil equality than you are. Kissing, however? Well, we think the world would be a much better place if more lips were smooching instead of telling others that anyone who doesn't support an evangelical view on homosexuality can kiss away their rights of citizenship!

Sure it will embarass you in front of your neighbors - you should be ashamed of your favoring non-equality. This is just double-talk bullshit - he's just turning your and other pro-equality arguments into his OWN and lobbing them back at us. They don't like the crap they've thrown at us thrown back at them.....say inside the temple and get a life.

If I voted to ban interracial couples from marrying I wouldnt act suprised when afew of those couples showed up to protest, I'd be far, far less suprised if they beat the crap out of my pathetic bigotted ass.

I'm sorry, did Mr. Undercover-Leather-Daddy drop an F bomb? Wonder how his "christian" followers will feel about that. I mean, it's one thing to be bombarded with samples from the man's extensive gay porn collection but, dropping F bombs might be more than his readers "christian" sensibilities can handle.
