I'm sure they're notifying groups to tell families to avoid driving or walking or mass-transit-ing (assuming Christian conservatives use mass transit) near this offensive, disgusting, pinko-commie-liberal affront to God.

Because when you fly a kite that has Harvey Milk's face on it, you're forcing us to redefine the traditional definition of kite-flying, which has always been an activity enjoyed solely by straight people. In fact, I have a "gay" "friend" who says that he and his "partner" don't even want to fly kites together.
