♪Tale as old as time, wrongs as old as rhyme... ♪
Who's really being willfully, negligently inciteful in the Carrie Prejean situation? Is it the gays, who have firmly but fairly responded to Carrie's inaccurate, semi-inarticulate answer about their civil freedom (and her subsequent siding with groups like NOM to continue the civil rights opposition)? Is it the pageant officials who determined that Carrie was failing to fulfill her contractual duties? Or is it the "nice, loving" evangelicals at groups like the Family Research Council who have no problem saying this about the broad coalition that has pushed back against Carrie's views/work/commitments:
Beauty and the Beasts [FRC]
But hey, we all know the story: The beast is really a gorgeous, virtuous prince inside. So to in the modern-day fairy tale.
Your thoughts
Reminds me of my parents, who called me a "filthy fag beast" when they found out about my boyfriend. Boy, those were such fun times! Nice to see where they got their rhetoric.
That's right, FRC: You're poisoning minds and ruining lives. And for that, fuck you.

A more appropriate title to the FRC piece would be:
Beauty is Only Skin Deep, BUT the Surgically Enhance Breasts Make Good Soft Core Porn!

I still want to know why they didn't take back the implants too.

"The beast is really a gorgeous, virtuous prince inside."
Haha. What an adorable piece of fail from the FRC.

Beasts?! Ouch.
Anyway, I'm sure Prejean feels like a victim now, but before long she'll be on the back of a motorcycle riding off into the sunset with Meatloaf.
