Part of an unbalanced break-gays-fast

by Jeremy Hooper

Don't for a second think that the viciously anti-gay WorldNetDaily chose this image arbitrarily:

Companies get even 'gayer' as U.S. economy plummets [WND]

But fortunately, two can play that game:

We'd much rather be fruity and full of cheer than one who gets their Kix from fostering brute injustice!

Your thoughts

I have always considered WND to be rather flaky.

I'm shocked that this WND article actually reads like news. There were a few slants and an interesting image choice, but not the full fledged bashing of these companies I've come to expect from this "news" outfit.

Also, I'm suddenly in the mood for some fruity cheerios.

For WND, that's not only remarkably subtle, but damn near classy!

I guess they couldn't come up with a clever way to say that this whole equality thing is disgusting without looking like bigots.

Oh noz! Not even my cereals iz safe form da gayz!

I can't wai until the first primetime commercial featuring two married dads giving Frosted Flakes to their kid. It'll really hit the fan then.

Notice that WND and the hyperconservative right will boycott a company for not screaming "merry Christmas" from the rooftops or for supporting LGBT equality but are seemingly OK with buying products made by children in sweatshops and the like. But I guess you have to pick your battles.
