Yes on 1's biggest donor: An examination (Vol. 5)
Below you will find eight video clips that feature one Charles LiMandri Esq. Mr. LiMandri serves as the general counsel for the National Organization For Marriage (and is Carrie Prejean's attorney). So in light of this major Maine development...
$1.1 million of the $1.4 million raised by Stand for Marriage Maine in October came from a single source: the National Organization for Marriage. In fact, the Washington, D.C., organization has bankrolled more than 60 percent of the campaign to ban same-sex marriages in Maine.
Money fueling battle over gay marriage [Bangor Daily News]
...we thought Pine Tree Staters might be interested in seeing some of the nutty outlooks held by NOM's guiding legal voice. Some things to listen out for:
- The belief that Catholic teaching is a suitable basis for denying gays of their civil liberties
- The idea that gays are all abused as kids.
- That drawing pictures of army tanks could possibly turn gay kids (like Charles' cousin) "normal."
- The fallacious statistic that gays have a higher rate of violence.
- The tired and inexcusable lies that gays are incapable/nondesirous of monogamy.
- That gays really just want to attack religion.

*In this clip, note how he admits that NOM is "predominantly Catholic" (2:30):
The National Organization For Marriage: This group is extremist. This group is unfair. This group is hellbent on destroying anyone who gets on their narrow path. At this point, this group (coupled with the Catholic church, to which NOM is strongly tied) essentially is Stand For Marriage Maine (the group pushing the 'Yes on 1' side) .
We have one week to defeat this group. What will you do to help?

Your thoughts
Funny, civilization doesn't seem to be collapsing next door in New Brunswick. Could it be they're full of shit?
As to my marriage: my thirteenth anniversary is in December. Thirteen years of queer monogamy, so suck it you fuckers.

Nor has civilization collapsed in the Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, Spain, Norway, and Sweden, or South Africa.
