Video: They call this spot 'Trust.' Guess 'Bray Cary likened gays to bestiality and incest' was already taken
We've already shown you how Bray Cary, a West Virginia TV personality, compared same-sex unions to those that might exist between a man or a pig or a a man marrying his sister (the latter of which he said is the "exact same thing" as a gay couple's union). And beyond just those eye-opening comments: Cary was so clearly in the tank for the anti-equality side, that the whole forum devolved into a 2-on-1 war against the pro-equality ACLU representative.
Yet despite this (/because of) this reality, the West Virginia Family Policy Council is still using the exact same interview where Cary made these comments and expressed such obvious biases as the basis for their own pro-mob rule organizational spots:
The views on representative democracy are flawed. The source material is skewed. The editing of the opposition is shady and unfair. So in a nutshell: The far-right opposition is sticking to the same strategies that have come to define their fight to muddy the conversation of basic freedom and liberty. The script that is as flawed and hurtful as the one that puts gays in bed with their pigs and sisters.
