John C. 'Really?': Conservative senator says no LGBiTmus test
When asked if he'd support an openly gay Supreme Court nominee, GOP Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) said the following:
"I'd have to think about that," he said. "As long as it doesn't interfere with their job, it's not a particular issue."

No word as to what would constitute job interference in the senator-with-a-0-HRC-rating's mind. Though the battle-hardened cynic in us would still fully expect him to bring out some confirmation questions like:"Are you now or have you ever been in a robe that was pressed by a same-gendered partner?"
