At 2:30PM ET, Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA) will be appearing alongside the Family Research Council's Tony Perkins at an anti-DADT repeal press conference. So that being the case, we thought it might be in everyone's best interest to let Rep. Kingston and his staff know for what, exactly, they are signing up:

When a member of Congress stands alongside Tony Perkins, he or she is standing alongside someone who thinks that gays are "being held captive by the enemy":

And when standing alongside FRC, he or she is standing alongside a group whose Senior Policy Fellow, Peter Sprigg, would like to see gays "exported from the United States" and/or criminalized:

The Congressman is of course free to use his own mind to make his own bookings. But we who are hurt by this ban are just as free to wonder to what (il)logical end this coalition wishes to take the "pro-family" fight!!
