No, no, Maggie's not affiliated. Except for, ya know -- the multiple affiliations
This NOM blog post is attributed to one Mags Gallagher:
Does the Nation have an Editor?
A web editor at The Nation writes in response to a new study My Daddy's Name is Donor, by Elizabeth Marquardt, Prof. Norval Glenn and Karen Clark. http://www.thenation.com/blog/36426/kids-are-just-fine-thanks
For some reason, this editor describes me as a key player at IAV, which sponsored the study. I have not been affiliated with IAV for more than 7 years.
Also the lead author's name is Marquardt, not Marquandt.

Though the question Maggie should really be asking: Does she herself have a dictionary that understands the word affiliated? Because last time we checked, someone who is listed as an official speaker-for-hire for a particular organization...
...and who appears on panels for said organization...
...and whose papers and books are all over the organizational website...
..and who's a guest blogger for an IAV spinoff blog...
...can quite fairly be said to be "affiliated"! Not on the daily payroll, maybe. But affiliated, nonetheless.
But then again, this is someone who robs people of civil rights then refers to her side as the victimized one. Perhaps we were expecting too much.
