'The country is full of extremists', says group that suggested gays' exportation and/or criminalization
This from the ever-staid and -nuanced Family Research Council:
"People who care more about the homosexual agenda than public health claim the [federal ban on gay male blood donors] is discriminatory. (Sound familiar? This is the same argument used by the Left to repeal the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy: tolerance first, safety second.) Unfortunately, the country is full of extremists who can't seem to understand that this isn't about prejudice; it's about precaution" [SOURCE]
Right, this country is "full of extremists." Must be why FRC Senior Policy Fellow (and blood band testifier) Peter Sprigg wants to export and/or criminalize the active gays among us:

No, no -- nothing discriminatory there. More like migratory and persecutory.

**UPDATE: FRC has posted Peter Sprigg's testimony, with open comments. Have fun.
