You know what else you've never heard in all of your years, senator? SOMEONE TRYING TO DENY YOU OF YOUR BASIC CIVIL RIGHTS!!!!! That's not a minor difference.
Stop acting like this marriage "culture war" is an equal debate in which both sides are having an "agree to disagree" kind of conversation! The anti-LGBT "side" is working to deny fundamental rights to certain sects of the population! Trust us: The hour of shouts hurt anti-equality ears far less than the constant barrage of soul-punches hurt our hearts!
