#Prop 8 Decision: Stay -- away (as of 8/18)!
We've yet to see the decision, but we just got an official press release from Freedom To Marry who confidently states: Judge Vaughn Walker has issued his decision regarding the stay order. And it's --- GOOD FOR LOVE!!. THE STAY IS LIFTED/DENIED!
If anyone needs a groomsman, let me know. As long as the bar is open and cake is up to standards.

**IMPORTANT UPDATE: We now have the decision in our hands. And it turns out that the stay will not be lifted until 8/18:
"None of the factors the court weighs in considering a motion to stay favors granting a stay. Accordingly, proponents’ motion for a stay is DENIED. Doc #705. The clerk is DIRECTED to enter judgment forthwith. That judgment shall be STAYED until August18,2010 at 5PMPDT at which time defendants and all persons under their control or supervision shall cease to apply or enforce Proposition 8."
