Whereas gay citizens are radical enough to wanna be treated like humans;
Who says this Congress doesn't get anything done? Why just today, Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX) and his staff drafted a whole House resolution for the sole purpose of undermining Judge Vaughn Walker and the rights that he protected via his thoroughly reasoned Perry v. Schwarzenegger decision:
