It's interesting that the eight year old Bancroft P.L.L.C. never thought to join Twitter until yesterday -- the day the law firm announced it was taking on Paul Clement as a partner/DOMA defense as focus:

Not saying this DOMA defense is all about publicity. But if you don't think earning conservative attention/trust/clients/dollars is at least a component here, then I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. (*Though not the same bridge that Republicans in Congress are repetitiously destroying via their continued disregard for certain kinds of families).
