Video: Chick-Fil-A → WinShape → LoveisHere.com → Marriage experts who stand against our own

by Jeremy Hooper

- Reminder: LoveIsHere.com is a project of Chick Fil-A's Winshape Foundation. The same WinShape foundation whose retreat center explicitly bans gay couples and hosts annual "protect marriage" seminars that have featured a host of anti-equality speakers. The same Winshape Foundation that gives lots of money to groups like the Alliance Defense Fund, Family Research Council, etc.

- Reminder: LoveIsHere.com is also connected to the National Organization For Marriage's Ruth Institute (A connection you can still see if you enter this url: http://loveishere.com/partners/videos/1/lightscameramarriageproposal.html).

- Update: Today LoveIsHere.com hosted a live marriage seminar, which included invited experts like Les "encourage gay adolescents to change" Parrott, as well as a host of other faith-based leaders whose view of marriage pointedly excludes us. The full 3+ hours is here:

*Some other notes of interest:

-You won't hear gay-specific talk. Because as Jeff Fray, the man who leads off the above program, reminded us during one of WinShape's marriage retreats:

When there's no argument, there's no point in discussion.

-Also interesting to note the strong participation of Family Life's "The Art of Marriage" program, since that's the very program that drew current focus to Chik-Fil-A's socio-political activities. If one goes to Family Life's website, one will find all kinds of pro-"ex-gay", anti-marriage-equality messaging (though some has been scrubbed in recent weeks).
