Conserv. talker assesses January Jones' skin color, refuse resemblance level
Okay, so this unbelievable headline isn't gay-themed. But considering it's from the uber-anti-LGBT website of beyond-homo-hostile talk show host Michael Savage, our judges deemed it qualified:
"White trash in the news"? Simply because January Jones is pregnant, milky-skinned, and hasn't blessed the world with the father's name, she's somehow comparable to waste matter? Why exactly is this even of interest to Michael Savage, much less a source of pointed (and misogynistic) condemnation? What, is team Savage just trying to use the most regressive takes possible in order to make the "Mad Men" star feel at home?
Regardless of the reasoning, it's another example of conservatism's war on any family form that doesn't look like they wish it did. A war that might mine treasure out of calling people trash, but one that will ultimately find its own respectability in the landfill, should it keep recycling such myopia.
