'No condom' on par with 'condom', says group that puts discrimination on par w/ 'values'

by Jeremy Hooper

No mention of sexual orientation, for starters. But the bigger, more dangerous problem here: the "condom or no condom" part. Because sure, there can be slip-ups and whatnot; but the truth is that condoms, when used properly and consistently, are an extremely effective form of prevention. An "essentially impermeable barrier to particles the size of HIV," says the CDC.

But then again, this is the same organization that puts resoundingly discredited "ex-gay" therapy on par with the scientific community's near-consensus on sexual orientation research/ "ex-gay" repudiation. Why let responsible stewardship get in the way of an agenda?
