NYC 'protect marriage' rally organizer: Gays self-centered, unconcerned with the poor, overbooked with anonymous sex
On June 14, Joseph Mattera will lead the opponents to civil marriage equality in a downtown Manhattan rally, alongside groups like the National Organization For Marriage and the New Yorker's Family Research Foundation, part of the continued quest to deny gay people of a certain civil right. You know: So that they can all save gays from their "self-centered" lifestyles:

Wait, we're the self-centered ones? Weird. We could've sworn we are the ones totally willing to let our religious opponents think, pray, belief, and steward their religious marriage ceremonies in whatever way they please, while they are ones who think that personal faith and heterosexism should be used to inscribe individualized prayers into public policy. Guess we must've been thinking about some other "culture war."
