Disney wedding blog features same-sex duo; How long until political Pinocchios claim it'll lead to man-on-Jiminy-Cricket unions?
There are many measures of the equality movement's success. Polling. Legislative and court victories. Distant relatives who talk about your wedding without using words like "roommate" and "signed a new long-term lease."
But when it comes to pure Americana, few things register with the same impact as Disney. That's what makes this album posted on Disney's official weddings blog, featuring the ceremony of G-A-Y pal Eric Ross and his husband Matt Wood, as significant as it is lovely. Take a look:
