Dead horses otherwise buried, FRC beats DADT drum instead
The ever esteemed Family Research Council has released yet another -- yes, another! -- research report on Don't Ask Don't Tell repeal and how it's supposedly set to destroy our armed forces in the weeks and months to come. Here's the summary that FRC's (failed) military discrimination fellow, Bob Maginnis, gives to the report:
LOOKING BACK, LOOKING FORWARD: HOMOSEXUALITY AND MILITARY SERVICE [FRC]
See, and here I thought the most important message of anti-gay reports like this one was to remind Americans to recycle. Who knew they actually intended folks to read this refuse?!?
But ya know, I should probably go easy on the FRC. After all, now that even vocal DADT repeal opponents are talking about what a non-event the repeal implementation is proving to be, they're looking directly down the wrong side of history's long, cold road. If these last gasps help them on that lonely journey, so be it.
