Judge: Liberty Counsel should have chance to show New Yorkers how anti-gay they are
The anti-gay New Yorkers For Constitutional Freedoms and even more anti-gay Liberty Counsel get to proceed with their lawsuit against New York's marriage equality law:
Foes of same-sex marriage scored a win after a supreme court judge in Livingston County refused to dismiss a lawsuit challenging the new law that took effect this summer.

So okay, they get to argue their case. I actually don't have a big problem with this. Just as if with someone who wishes to stand before a court and demonstrate his ability to force sand to flow backwards through an hourglass, this similarly baseless attempt to regress a fairly earned right could be good for laughs. Plus, considering the Liberty Counsel has quite literally gone on record to say the Prop 8 proponents weren't anti-gay/pro"ex-gay" enough, this organization's in-court presentation could be quite good for fattening up our side's dossier of animus.
Bring it, Liberty Counsel.
