Day of Dialogue = FAIL
FACT: On Google News, the only two positive mentions of Focus on the Family's pro-"ex-gay" Day of Dialogue (held yesterday) came from the American Family Association's skewed One News Now site and an editor letter from a local paper in Brattleboro, VT (See full Google News results here).
FACT: On Twitter, Tweets of any sort have been sporadic. But of the tweets that are there, 99.9% are from folks countering the Focus on the Family effort.
FACT: The official Day of Dialogue Twitter feed only drummed up 91 followers
FACT: Day of Dialogue's Facebook request for positive stories has only generated one response:
FACT: Today is the pro-equality/anti-bullying Day of Silence, which the contrived and mislabeled Day of Dialogue was designed to challenge.
FACT: We who value diversity and peace haven't won this thing yet—but we're getting closer every year!
