Video: Ron Baity, de facto Amendment 1 leader, keeps with campaign's reliably hostile tone
My favorite part of the following clips, which from a weekend anti-equality rally in NC? That the person with loudest voice in the crowd seems to be so convicted in her anti-same-sex-marriage views that she can't even bring herself to pluralize the second syllable of "Amen," instead shouting something that sounds like a singular "A-MAN!"
Least favorite part? That the two clips of this influential Amendment 1 voice, Pastor Ron Baity, serve as yet another reminder of how nakedly, frighteningly animus-driven the Vote For Marriage NC campaign really is.
