'Gays prey on vulnerable kids' and other nasty claims that have belied the 'values' movement
Did you know that adult gay activists turn "troubled" children gay? Yeah huh—Massachusetts' most extreme anti-LGBT voice, Brian Camenker says so:
"They go after kids who are troubled kids who have their own issues -- psychological, emotional, what have you -- and they try to tell them that they're really 'gay' or transgendered or something like that," the MassResistance founder details.

Right. Because that's how it works. We're all like: "Hey, feeling blue? Then try some of this awesome homosexuality! It doesn't matter if you are not even slightly attracted to someone of your own gender—the thrill of being denied in so many ways dissimilar from your heterosexual peers and feeling scared to enter into certain places out of fear that the hostility could turn violent is sooooooooooooooooooooo much fun. Come on, kids—take a hit off the LGBT bong!"
Except not. At all. It wasn't true when Anita Bryant start pushing this crap; it's not true now.
