Mike Heath defends Perkins, FRC by getting a concealed gun, framing gays as violent, predicting 'force must be met with force'
And now here's Mike Heath, head of one of the PACs challenging same-sex marriage in Maine at the November polls, defending his longtime friend and ally Tony Perkins by scaring his neighbors into believing that marriage equality will lead to violent gunplay:
Working alongside [Mike] Heath and the Christian Civic League of Maine, the Family Research Council became well known for resisting homosexuality and the left's evil attack on the family. They were directly involved in all of Maine's statewide political battles over the past two and half decades.
...
Heath continued, "If Maine doesn't end this decades long conflict over the evil of sodomy with an overwhelming NO vote in November we can expect to see this sort of violence in Maine in the near future. Homosexuality can lead to the most horrific and violent consequences in individuals and society. The twin cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed because of it."
Heath is awaiting receipt of his concealed weapons permit from the Maine State Police. He claimed it is the responsibility of all good men to be prepared to protect innocence from evil. Force must be met with force so that innocent people are not harmed.
