This is that post where Matt Barber defends comparing homosexuality to murder
Justice Scalia thinks it's perfectly fine to equate bans on "sodomy" with bans on murder. Matt Barber does what he does best: take a situation that already makes his movement look
bad and then adds more fuel to it. To wit:
"If we cannot have laws prohibiting forms of sexual behavior, or that at least don't elevate and recognize forms of sexual behavior that have historically been considered immoral, then the law means nothing," Barber reasons.
While homosexual conduct and murder are different issues, the attorney submits that both have a moral impact on society.
"But insofar as homosexual behavior is a deviant form of human sexuality and that it deviates from natural sexuality between male and female as we were unequivocally biologically designed, Justice Scalia is right," Barber states.
SODOMY, MURDER PARALLEL [One News Now]
My husband murdered me good last night.
No word as to why Scalia, Matt Barber, or anyone from their point of view thinks this is something that is going to help their side deny the obvious animus motivations that we know will destroy their cases in court. Perhaps they think Santa is bringing them the 19th Century for Xmas.
