As they lose more and more along the path toward inevitable equality, expect the National Organization For Marriage to ratchet up the denigrations:

I call him my husband, actually. So does the state of New York. So does President Obama. So do a majority of Americans.
NOM can call him "tail," "leg," or "butterscotch sundae," for all I care. But they cannot force their personal (and 98+% faith-based) slights into public policy. Period. Full stop.
