Illinois' top 'protect marriage' group claims same-sex parenting is child abuse
Using the shockingly incendiary Robert Oscar López as her guide, the Illinois Family Institute's Laurie Higgins is now telling IFI supporters that gay parents are essentially child abusers:

Offensive to gays. Offensive to actual victims of child abuse. Offensive to every fiber of decency.
What will add insult to injury, however, is if the Illinois legislature continues to buy the lie that this group is a mere "traditional marriage" organization. This is a very extreme organization with very a frightening vision for Illinois' LGBT population and their allies. CALL IT OUT!
