Matt Barber: Parents of trans kids should be tried for child abuse
He equates the kid's wishes with some other selfish demand that a child might make. He equates the parents' choices to child abuse:
Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel Action tells OneNewsNow the parents of Kathryn [sic] should be investigated for criminal wrongdoing, likening their conduct to child abuse.
“In order to be hip and cool and trendy to facilitate this gender confusion,” says Barber, “and then to even prepare this baby for hormone abuse, to try to stall the onset of puberty, and to pump testosterone into this child, is nothing short of child abuse,” he says. [SOURCE: ONN]
I would ask Matt if he'd also prosecute the licensed and trained medical professionals who know, understand, and respect this child's experience. But I think I already know his answer.
