This is Councilwoman Elisa Chan, who represents San Antonio's 9th District, chatting with staff members about a proposed nondiscrimination ordinance. By chatting, I mean denigrating. And by denigrating, I mean equating LGBT people with incest, NAMBLA, "chosen behavior," and anything else they find "disgusting" enough to properly condemn us.
