Rep. who just introduced bill about Windsor decision: 'Im in the process of reading the Windsor decision'
Today, Congressman Randy Weber (R-TX14) introduced a bill that's all about undermining the Supreme Court's Windsor decision. Only thing? He's just now reading that decision, even though his bill is already out of the gate:
