Emboldened anti-gay activist: World Vision now must fire senior leadership
The anti-LGBT crowd sure is feeling self-satisfied, thanks to their ability to pressure Christian charity World Vision into embracing their hostility towards certain kinds of human beings. And now that World Vision has slapped all LGBT and LGBT-friendly supporters in the face (and alienated potential supporters) by sending the message that decent treatment of certain kinds of Christians in certain kinds of marriages is something on which an organization can and should renege, this same crowd of professional anti-LGBT activists is trying to turn the inch into a mile.
Here's American Family Association president Tim Wildmon's thoughts on what World Vision must do now:
"I would say they don't have any choice but to relieve the chairman of the board of his duties and their president – all those who made this decision to equate homosexual 'marriage' with a man and a woman being married," [Wildmon] tells OneNewsNow. "They need to go and start over with a new board."

So it's not enough for them to bully World Vision's team into going anti-gay. Wildmon, head of the group at the forefront of the World Vision outrage, wants to oust everyone who even thought for a second that maybe—just maybe—all of those loving, kind, decent gay people who exist on this Earth deserved the most basic measure of tolerance. They are now to be sent away and put to pasture for simply considering the notion.
And you know what? World Vision should go ahead and take its marching orders from the AFA and likeminded groups. After all, those groups now own their reputation for the foreseeable future.
