Video: Catholic priest says 'fasting and abstinence' will save gays from hell
I've cued this clip to the 2:30 mark, where the Fatima Center's Father Nichola Gruner starts railing against those who "insult his intelligence" by asking for the "absurdity" of same-sex marriage. But be sure to stick around until the very end, where he and his host (John Vennari) insist that gay people have an escape clause, so long as the starve themselves of both food and sex:
Someone didn't give up animus for Lent. What a shame.
Come Easter, when the Catholic church notes even fewer young people attending services with every passing year, this is the kind of video they need to watch if they truly want to self-reflect.
