Globalization of American homo-hostility continues: MassResistance's propaganda enters Hong Kong, Finland, more

by Jeremy Hooper

The trend of America's anti-gay movement working to sway other governments continues. MassResistance, the extremely fringe organization that has been filling the Bay State with nasty propaganda for years, is apparently now working with groups all across the globe, in hopes that they'll have more success abroad than they've had in a decidedly blue state that their extremism has made even more so. From Hong Kong to Sweden, MassResistance claims to be warning the world about those pesky gays and their dastardly deeds:

At the beginning of the year the well-funded international homosexual lobby began their lobbying push in Hong Kong to legalize "gay marriage." Pro-family activists there began working with MassResistance in February.

They have just released a version of the MassResistance video with the audio in Cantonese (see above) . It is now being widely shown in Hong Kong. They told us that they are very pleased that now people can watch the video and it will "help them to understand" what they are really facing.
...

Finnish-Video 400In March a group of Finnish religious leaders contacted MassResistance. They began using our materials to educate their people. A few days ago they posted a version of our MassResistance video with Finnish sub-titles and began promoting it across the country.

...
They also informed us on Monday that one of the Finnish national television stations has agreed to broadcast the MassResistance video nationwide!
...
We have also just been informed that Swedish and Estonian language versions of the MassResistance video are being prepared for broadcast on national TV in those countries.
MassResistance continues to help fight "gay marriage" around the world. Battles in Hong Kong, Finland, and more. [MassResistance]

Uganda, France, Russia, Jamaica, Peru, Singapore—this global push would seem to be the story of the moment. It is a story of failure, since it's pretty much an admission that they've lost the fight here at home and must look elsewhere in order to ply their discriminatory trade. However, it's also a mark of persistence for a dogged movement that I expect will stick around until the bitter end's most bitter gasps.
