It's official: Out-of-state NOM can't stick discriminatory noses in Beaver State's business
I haven't read the ruling yet, but here's the big headline:
Judge denies NOM right to defend Oregon's marriage laws [Statesman Journal]
Ya know, if an accountant were as bad at adding and subtracting as NOM is at achieving success on behalf of its movement, he or she would be forced out of the industry. Just saying.
**UPDATE: NOM is planning to appeal to the 9th Circuit. Which is kind of like saying the National Org. For Pigs plans to plead to the Federal Aviation Administration for flight clearance.
