Oh Boise: Idaho same-sex couples can marry by week's end
Congrats, Idahoans. As of this Friday morning, loving (or even non-loving, I guess) same-sex couples will be free to marry within state lines:

In refusing to stay, Judge Candy Dale said an appeal is unlikely to win, so there's no valid reason or need to delay justice. "But, but, but—we just don't want this to happen," responded the anti-equality activists, who do genuinely seem to think that's a perfectly legitimate reason.
