'Ex-gay' dogmatists plan second 'Ex-Gay Awareness Month' (even though first one never really happened)
Last year's event was a hilarious failure, with only a tiny handful showing up for the lobbying portion of the event and so few showing interest in a planned gala at the Family Research Council that the idea was eventually cancelled. But what the "ex-gay" movement lacks in scientific backing it more than makes up for in persistence and support from some of the most anti-gay people in America. Which is why those anti-gay activists are giving it another go:
