Read: Federal court judge rules against Colorado's discriminatory marriage ban
He stayed his ruling until August 25th in case the wrong side wants to appeal to the 10th circuit (where panels have already stricken Utah and Oklahoma bans), but US District Judge Raymond P. Moore has done as expected and ruled against Colorado's discrimination marriage amendment. Full order:
