Audio: Virgin Islands pastor hounds gubernatorial candidate who won't genuflect to his anti-gay view
Delegate Donna Christensen is the Democratic candidate for Governor of the US Virgin Islands. Donna Christensen supports same-sex marriage.
Now here are seven minutes of an aggressively anti-gay pastor flogging the candidate (and fellow Christian) for her stance on human rights, even at one point (around 4:00) equating same-sex unions to a person marrying a dog or cat and at another point (6:15) suggesting same-sex marriage would be like him punching her in the face. And not only is the pastor's schpiel extremely anti-gay, but it's also chock full of "man-splaining," with the pastor clearly seeing his ability to talk over the polite guest as somehow adding worth to his argument. A tantrum, really. She stated her position and he didn't like it, so he proceeds to talk at her. Because he didn't get his way.
