Third Florida judge in as many weeks calls discrimination what it is
Three judges in three weeks. That is the tally in Florida, where a Broward County Circuit Judge just became the latest to rule that the Sunshine State's marriage ban is unconstitutional. And this one throws out-of-state recognition into the mix as well:

Like the other two rulings, this one is stayed, meaning it has no practical application at this time. But it is another big step forward for a noble cause that has always had the momentum ingrained into its DNA and that is now experiencing an American that has finally caught up to its always-present truth.
