A fitting statement on where anti-equality movement is: NOM 'encouraged by' an error

Yesterday afternoon, amid a week where they were deprived on any happiness to put into a press release, the National Organization For Marriage posted this "encouraging" news:

Only thing? It was a complete and utter error on Kennedy's part. A SCOTUS spokesperson confirms:

Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg confirmed this mix-up Thursday, saying Kennedy's order issued a day earlier was an error that the justice corrected with a second order several hours later.

So the one thing that NOM press releases as being "pleased" about is something that the Supreme Court didn't really mean to do. NOM was encouraged by an erroneous action.

There's poetry there.
