DC delivers blow to dangerous, widely discredited, deeply offensive junk science
Gay kids in our nation's capital are now a little bit safer:

At one time they submerged women in water to test whether or not they were witches. History is littered with crazy hunts for non-afflictions; this is just another. We can and must do better.
