Southern Baptist leader demands: Christianity will outlast 'flash in the historical pan' that is gay-accepting America
Denny Burk is a Southern Baptist teacher and commentator with deep ties to the evangelical movement. Here is his warning in response to what happened with the anti-LGBT "religious freedom" law in Indiana:
So the cultured despisers need to look long and hard in the mirror and ask yourselves this question: How far am I willing to go with this? Because you are going to have to go all the way. And when you’ve done your worst, the Christians are still going to be here holding fast to the faith once for all delivered to the saints (Jude 3). America is a flash in the historical pan. Christianity is not. We will outlast you. Mark it down. And in the final analysis, the “wrong side of history” will be to Jesus’ left, and you don’t want to find yourself there (Matt. 25:33).

So now it's not only LGBT people and our rights that these folks are gong after. No, no—they're starting to turn on America itself. "We will outlast you," Mr. Burk demands of his country. That'll show old Lady Liberty!
No word on where Christians will next form a nation once America becomes too deeming with gayness to sustain their citizenship. Though I do hear Hobby Lobby has its best artisans working up some sort of ark.
